I sit quietly at my desk humbly praying for the words that this reviewer may bring to you concerning the work, "Ask For The Ancient Paths," by author Jessica Jones .

As those of you who follow my reviews know, I am not new to reading and reviewing books concerning visions, dreams and directions from God. I have been privileged to read many that have warmed my heart and increased my faith, and I will be forever grateful for each of them for the encouragement and growth they have given to me. However, the words within this book took me on a journey that I never dreamed possible. It is not a small thing for me to say that I truly was not prepared for the revelation that was to be unfolded to me in this work. Revelation that would allow me to see deep into the heart of God, the beginning of time, the creation and fall of man, the depth of deception in Lucifer, the wondrous role of Angels and the deep penetrating, undying love that the Godhead has for mankind. It was literally breathtaking revelations that opened my eyes to more mysteries in the spiritual realm in the few hours it took me to read this book than in the almost 30 years of ministry that I have partaken of. And when I say this, understand that I have indeed seen my share of the miraculous, visions and miracles, heard deep secrets of the spirit and seen the hand of God mightily move.

Author Jessica Jones opens her heart to her readers, laying bear before them her own beginnings, heartaches, and trauma's in life that took her years to overcome until she realized her calling from her Creator. To me, she is a woman who is well aware that she will be held accountable to God for every word that she speaks or writes and is ever careful to follow the call of the Lord. I know that with any vision there are always areas that some may call gray, but our author has done everything she can to give the reader either Scriptural references or scientific data concerning her visions. You may not agree with everything you will read in this book, but I am pretty sure when you are finished you will be given to much thought and soul searching for a very long time. I highly recommend this book as a Minister of the Gospel, a reviewer, and just someone who was searching for some answers for a long time and finally found them.
